I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the total service cost. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. Please arrive on time. A 10-15 minute grace period may be allowed depending on the service.
