Cancellation Policy
24+ hours’ notice: Deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Repeated cancellations/no-shows may require prepayment or booking restrictions.
